A world alliance “The peacemaker” is an international public organisation created by the outstanding people of art, science, sport, business and medicine. The alliance is a union of people with a worldwide scale whose aim is to attract attention of the world society on each level, from the heads of the countries to the plain citizens, to the tolerance problems, struggle with the poverty, developing of the education, medicine, social intitutes, sitizen sosiety, ecology, science, culture and sport. The alliance “The peacemaker” fulfils its activities with the support of the Government of Russian Federation, Federal Council of Russian Federation, Federal agency of culture and mass media of Russian Federation and Moscow State Duma.
Dima Bilan became one of the youngest owners of the order of the Peacemaker. In particular the owners are respected and honoured figures such as Mikhail Gorbachev, Fidel Castro, Quentin Tarantino, Igor Krutoy, Larisa Dolna, Iosif Kobzon and others. This award was presented to Dima for his contribution into a peaceful unification of Russian and European ccultures. The first histiorical victory of the artist of the Eurovision 2008 played an important role in it.

11.12.2008 Belgrade gave Moscow the keys from the Eurovision.
The solemn ceremony of transfering the symbolic “keys” from the international song contest Eurovision took place on December 10th in Russian capital. The mayor of Belgrade Dragan Djelas presented the “baton” to the Moscow mayor Iury Luzhkov. It needs to be reminded that Eurovision 2008 took place in Serbia, Belgrade. Dima Bilan became the winner of the contest and that is why the future contest Eurovision 2009 will take place in Moscow from the 1st to 16th of May 2009. The opening ceremony is scheduled for the 9th of May 2009 on the Univrsity square on Vorobievi mountains. The closing ceremony – 16th of may in “Gostinniy Dvor”. The semi-finals will be on 12th and 14th of May, and the final in an arena “Olimpiysky”.

19.11.2008 The results of the contest: “Feel like a star with Venus!”
On November 12 a round table with Dima Bilan and Yana Rudkovskaya took place in a conference hall of The Ritz-Carlton. It was devoted to the end of the contest “Fel like a star with Venus!” and to the shooting of Dima Bilan’s new video with the winners of the contest.
Dima and Yana shared their ideas about the video the shooting of which was dated to February 2009. Nowadays a tender for the best script of the video is annonced among the Russian and foreign music video directors. The results will be announced by this December. Dima ocnfessed that the director he’d love to work with is a famous director Joseph Kann, who shoot videos for Britney Spears (“Toxic”), Madonna and others.
The new Dima’s video will be shot to a track that ha has chosen himself. “I don’t know yet the exact plot but I’m sure It’ll be a real hit, the tune which will be sang-a-long by the whole country”, - said Dima. It is planned that the winners of the contest “Feel like a star with Venus!” will be shot as the main femail leads of the video which is supposed to be very romantic. The original beauty of each of the girls gave Dima a thought that they probably will appear in the styles of the different epoches.
Diima and Yana were glad to cooperate with the Venus brand. Dima Bilan took an active part in all the stages of the contest and in the final selection of the winners. “It was a pleausure to work with the Venus brand which is taking care of the girls’ beauty. I hope our future cooperation will be as interesting as this one” – confessed the star.
After a tremendous victory on the Eurovision 2008 Dima Bilan and Yana Rudkovskaya set new goals such as roles in a movie, Grammy award and even to fight for an Oscar for example in the nomination “The best soundtrack”. We have nothing left but to wish them success because that creative union has already prooved that “impossible is possible” by adding a glorious page into Russian history as the first winners of the Eurovision contest!
The story of a breathtaking career of Dima Bilan was a good example for his numerous fans fought for their success by taking part in a contest, and three of them with the help of their persistence and belief in themselves became the happy winners. Probably this victory will be the first step on the road with many achievements which wait for the girls.

28.10.2008 MTV announced the nominees of the awarda “MTV Russia Music Awards 2008”
MTV channel announced the nominees for the musical award “MTV Russia Music Awards 2008 ” which were determined according to the results of the voting expert council finished on October 15.
According to the press-cutting service of the channel the award will not only go to the top pop and hip-hop performers but also to those who created the sexiest video, to those who were the best in promoting their project in the net or to those who created the most elegant plagiarism. Those projects will be presented in such nominations as “Sex”, “Plagiarism”, “Dance”, “Net”.
By a tradition MTV will announce the most legendary performer or the group whose work had a decisive effect to forming and developing of the modern musical culture in Russia. The legend of the generation will get the prize of the same name – “The legend of the MTV”.
Today the audience voting has started on the site of the award. It will last until November 27. The fifth awarding ceremony Russia Music Awards will take place in GCKZ Rossia on November 28.

Yesterday, October 22nd Dima Bilan’s photo session for a new Philipp Plein’s Fall/Winter 08/09 collection took place. The atmosphere on the shooting area was positive and friendly and it looked more like a birthday celebration or a big fashion party. There was a fiery music, talented persons, beautiful models and a splendid view to Moscow from the 38th floor.
Dima appeared in three different characters. Each of them caused a huge delight and astonishment at once as you could hardly recognize Dima Bilan with a new hair do and a new style. One more time the artist has proved that he can be different – bright, harmonic, brave. Have a little bit more drive, more energy and people will fall in love with you with a new might.
That evening Dima was a daring tempter of women’s hearts, a treacherous dandy and a charming with his confidence and freedom person who has the world in his hands.

Dima Bilan has started a cooperation with one of the best German designers and a star of European fashion Philipp Plein. Johnny Depp, Robbie Williams, Paris Hilton, Russell Crowe and other Hollywood stars favours him. Dima will close the final show of Elite Model Look Russia 2008 on the 21st of October. During the voting which took place on the site http://ema.mtv.ru Dima Bilan has been chosen as the “Best Russian Performer” MTV version. And now he’ll compete with the winners from 20 different regions for the title “The musical favourite of Europe”.
Dima Bilan taken the lead over Timati, Banderos, Nastia Zadorozhnaya and Sergey Lazarev and got the title “The best Russian performer”. The voting on the site EWA is still in progress. 13.10.2008 Ukrainian Music Awards 2008.
The ceremony of the first Ukrainian Music Award took place on October 11th in Donetsk. The special guest of the ceremony was the winner of the contest Eurovision 2008 Dima Bilan. He presented the award to the best Ukrainian female performer Gaitana. Dima sang “Believe”, “Number 1 fan”, “Protiv Pravil” and “Eto bila lubov”. He was honoured with a rank “The most popular Russian singer on the Ukrainian territory”. He received an award, which was made of semiprecious stones and more then 5 kg weight.

10.10.2008 A tour in Germany.
Not recently Dima came back from the first part of his German tour. He managed to perform in Sindelfingen, Mainz, Bad Salzuflen. The show was very successful. The audience greeted him warmly and cordially and everybody got a maximum of a singer’s positive charge whose ability to give a good mood is so beyond controversy that perforce you want to fly. As for Dima himself he wasn’t loosing the time in vain and rehearsed with Elena Berezhnaya his performance for the show “Star ice” on the public skating rink among the ordinary skaters. Watch the photos here. But even in this extreme conditions they were able to create their show and to be at the top of the list of the skaters. Today Dima Bilan flew to Italy for a shooting of the show “Carramba che fortuna” of the Italian TV channel ”RAI UNO”.
“Carramba che fortuna” – is the most rated night show in Italy. Such world stars as Madonna and Ricky Martin presented their new singles there. The hostess of the show is the most popular Italian TV host Rafaella Carrara. They are creating a series about the brightest stars of Eurovision contest. Dima Bilan was the first guest there.
The highlight of the program will become the artist’s song which brought to Russia the long expected victory on Eurovision 2008.
A famous Italian violinist will accompany Dima.

21.07.2008 The contest Eurovision 2009 will take place in Moscow!
”The contest Eurovision 2009 will take place in Moscow” – decided Russian government. In his speech on the presidium of the government Vladimir Putin declared that they took into consideration the level of preparation of the objects of our capital, the development of its infrastructure and the possibility of minimizing expences. The vice-premier Alexander Zhukov is entrusted with creating of the plan of preparation and realization of the contest.
”According to the tradition of all the previous contests the capital of the country usually becomes the host city. I’m sure that Moscow will take the contest in a worthy manner. Our capital has a very good hotel potential, experience in safety measures and also it is well known for the good organization. I think our hospitality will be appreciated and of course I hope that the “bear-walking-the-streets stereotype” will go away and people will be able to get to know our culture, history including its musical contents – to get to know ALL Russian property. We have what to show. We have what to surprise with. And I will be glad to take part in the preparation for the contest! Congrats to all the moscovians!” – commented Dima Bilan.

14.07.2008 Dima Bilan was given the rank national artist of Kabardino-Balkaria!
The president of KBR Arsen Kanokov signed the order of giving the rank National artist of Kabardino-Balkaria to the famous pop-singer Dima Bilan. Kanokov declared it right after the singer’s victory on the song contest “Eurovision 2008”.
Today on July 14th a press conference took place in Nalchik. There was Minister of culture and informational communications of KBR Zaur Tutov. He mentioned that Dima became the youngest national artist of Kabardino-Balkaria. “I’’ve got my rank only by 50th anniversary” – said Tutov. And Dima himself answering the question how he received the news about this event said: “This rank seems to me very honourable both Honoured and national ranks. In Russia it takes year to get those awards. And such kind of attention from the country is very pleasant for me. I treat these ranks with all the seriousness. ”
The ceremonial presentation took place during the festive concert in Nalchik on the Square of Harmony. The concert was devoted to the victory of the Elbrus in the contest “The seven wonders of Russia” and to the success of the singer. The president of the KBR Arsen Kanokov stepped up the scene and announced about giving the rank to the artist. After that he handed an original present – a dagger incrusted with a silver and gilt. The lyrics of the Russian song are engraved on the one side of the blade and a mountain aphorism on the other. The dagger is created by a special request of the president and has no analogues in the world. Congratulations Dima!

Today, on July 4th, is one year since the moment when Sochi was announced as the host of the Winter Olympic anâ Paraolympic games of 2014. A new festival “Sochi 2014” opened in the contest of the holiday. A concert took place on a Teatralnaya square on the 3rd of July.And today Sochi is waiting for the winner of the “Eurovision” and the ambassador of the Olympic application Dima Bilan and his performance at 8:15 p.m. on the square of the Winter theatre. The entrance is free!
04.07.2008 A concert in Rostov-na-Donu
Yesterday a concert in Rostov-na-Donu took place. Right before the show Dima met the representatives of his Friend’s Club who were waiting for that event for a long time. There also came guys from Volgodonsk.
“The gils made me a wonderful present – a vinil record with the picture of Edvin Marton, Eugeny Pliuschenko amd me on the cover” – Dima told. ”Rostov is a very hospitable city! The audience is wonderful. I was welcomed very warmly and it is also very pleasant to realize that they know all the songs by heart and they sing-a-long with me the whole time!” Besides the record the artist got the main surprise – pocket watch with the symbols of Volgodonsk and “Volgodonsk KD” engraved on the back side. Dima returned the favor by presenting the new album to the club. Thank you very much!

It is prom time in Russia. On this occasion Dvrtsovaya square was turned into a symbolic sheep with the scarlet sails. Moreover city authorities let off a tremendous firework for the ex-school boys and girls. The scene was decorated as a captain’s bridge. Lots of farewell words were said from there. The MKS crew was in a life air. The governor was ringing the ship’s bell leading the graduate into a new life. And Dima Bilan was performing his golden Eurovision song Believe. For all who were entering the adult life Dima addressed: “I’m very happy to perform here for you and I’d love to wish you to keep all the knowledge you got, to grow as humans and as artistic persons, to aim at success and not to step of your route! Dima Bilan came back from the Eurovision 2008 Winner tour. During the tour he visited 9 biggest European countries such as Finland, Ireland, Great Britain, Belgium, France, San Marino and Holland in seven days.
For the fast and comfortable moving he was given a plane. The schedule was very tense and sometimes unreal as Dima had to be in two countries in one day and give there something about 20 interviews per day, have an autograph session and online conference, he had to meet the ministers of culture, the contestants of the Eurovision and chief of the delegations of the representative countries and also ht had to perform on the special concerts for the fans. All that was in nonstop routine.
Dima Bilan signed a contract with the Universal Music Germany – the biggest record label in the Western Europe.
On June 6 the single “Believe” was released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The video “Believe” in now in rotation on a German TV channel VIVA which rank of popularity in Germany is higher than MTV.

Shooting for three TV shows, numerous interviews for press and radio, photos ession for the release of a new single took place on June 8-10 in Berlin.
Dima Bilan is still storming Europe. A contract with Universal Music is already signed and contracts with labels in Holland, Greece, France and Italy are on a final stage.
Being in a promo tour in France Dima had a chance to be in the morning show on radio “NRG” (6 million listeners) and in the evening live show on “CANAL +”. A long expected Dima Bilan’s autograph session took place on June 11 in Europeisky center in a music store “Hit Zone”. It was dated to the release of the new artist’s Russian album “Against the rules”. There are 14 tacks and 4 videos. Sincere, bright, strong, true and magic tracks are the reflection of Dima himself. 08.06.2008 “MUZ-TV award” took place!
Russian annual national music award “MUZ-TV 2008” took place on June, 6. As it must have been it was ion the highest level and became one of the main musical events of the year. There were beautiful decorations, honourable guests among whom were Russian and foreign pop stars, sportsmen, actors, designers and others.
The main thing is that the atmosphere of a positive friendly festival which this award created hasn’t left not a single indifferent person and this is praiseworthy.
Dima Bilan arrived to the ceremony with his happy crew: Yana Rudkovskaya. Evgeny Pliuschenko, Edvin Marton and his girlfriend Lena Kuletskaya. Dima’s performance became one of the brightest moments of the evening. He sang his super hit “Number one fan” and his victorious hit “Believe”.
Dima Bilan got two awards: “The best ringtone” – “Nevozmozhnoe vozmozhno” and the main award “The singer of the year”.
All the crew with Dima at the head are saying THANKS to all the fans, friends and all the people who believed in Dima and voted for Dima. “Your love is weightless and worth a lot! Thank you”
The evening ended with a tremendous party which Dima Bilan and Yana Rudkovskaya officially devoted to Russian victory on the Eurovision 2008. Dima’s relatives and friends gathered in a cozy restaurant. There also were his colleagues: Olesia Sudzilovskaya, Ksenia Sobchak, Timati, Dmitry Dibrov, Elena Lenskaya, Alexander Ovechkin, Lolita and others.

06.06.2008 The first concerts after the Eurovision 2008.
Dima Bilan had his first concert after the Eurovivsion 2008 on June 4 in Yaroslavl. Yesterday Dima had his show in Mitischy. He performed only new songs from his new album “Against the rules which will be realead on June 10. Dima also performed his Euro hit Believe with which he conquered Europe on the song contest Uerovision 2008.

MTV announced a premiere of an exclusive project – “Our Bilan or The three in Europe but for Rudkovskaya”!
The shows will be in the air from Monday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. The premiere is on June 2nd at 7:30 p.m. MTV crew will follow the Eurovision 2008 winner and report the audience all the details of his European tour immediately.
Dima Bilan, Evgeny Pliuschenko and Edvin Marton are going to visit Finland, Ireland, Great Britain, Belgium, France, San Marino and Holland flying on a private plane. They are going to have press conferences and special events where Dima will meet his European fans and perform his “gold” composition “Believe”.
Every day MTV will tell us about the new destination about what this or that city in remarkable for and how the citizens met Dima Bilan. The audience will know how Frenchmen, Swedes and Finns voted and what they think about the winner from Russia. MTV will talk to the contestants from each of the countries in order to figure out what they felt during their performance and the voting.

29.05.2008 Dima Bilan is going to a European tour
It is the third day of the victory and Dima Bilan, Eugeny Pliushenko, Edvin Marton and Yana Rudkovskaya had already been in the air of MTV channel, talked to the readers of “Komsomolskaya Pravda” during the online conference, and visited the press conference of “Moskovsky komsomolets”. They answered lots journalists’ questions, told them about the preparation for the Eurovision, about all the joys and worries, about valuable things which accompanied the crew on the way to the Victory. Dima and the others told the journalists what such notions as crew tenacity, strong friendship, mutual support and belief in each other led Russia to the first place on Eurovision 2008.

27.05.2008 Authorities are congratulating Dima Bilan with an honourable victory!
Friends, relatives, fans, all the Russian people are congratulating Dima Bilan and all his crew with a beautiful and deserved victory. Many pleasant words are addressed to the heroes.
One of the first to congratulate the artists was the president of Russian Federation Dmitry Anatolievich Medvedev. It was so pleasant to accept such valuable greetings. It was really a happy time. The victorious plan is working – the football, the hockey, the Eurovision – there is something to be proud of. Lots of festive telegrams from the highest authorities are still coming. V. A long expected Russian victory on the international musical contest Eurovision 2008 became a real triumph for the country and Dima Bilan became the explorer of this story – the real hero!
According to the rules the winner is going to a two-week promo-tour. It is an obligatory condition which should be done by each artisit who won the contest.

26.05.2008 Dima Bilan came back to Moscow.
Yesterday at 9:05 p.m. Dima Bilan and his crew came back to NOscow with a victory. The whole country was meeting him there. There were journalists, fans, and all the people who believed in victory and worried with Dima.
A brief press conference took place in the airport. Dima Bilan and his crew spoke about the preparations for the Eurovision, all the differences they met and answered some questions. In the end of the conference Dima and Edvin couldn’t help performing the song Believe. Edvin played the famous Stradivari violin and Dima sang. 19.05.2008 New details from the preparations for the Eurovision 2008.
Everyday life in Serbia is filled with events: meetings, press-conferences, parties of the delegations and the main part – the rehearsals.
The Greece – Cyprus party took place in “Euro club” on May 16. As a special guest there Dima performed «Number one fan», «Believe». Ukrainian party took place on May 17 where Dima also performed among such guests as Verka Serdiuchka, Dana International, Sharlota Pirell (Sweden), Kalomira (Greece) and others.
Yesterday took part a “Welcome party” - reception which is the official opening of the contest. Dima, Zhenia and Edvin were surrounded by the journalists and had no possibility even to make a step. It had lasted for an hour. Russian delegation is causing a kickback and an agiotage.
It is well known that when you sweetheart is next to you - you feel more confidently and comfortable. Two days ago Dima Bilan’s beloved girlfriend charming Elena Kuletskaya came to Belgrade. Despite her business she is always next to her boyfriend in the most important moments of his life. Not for nothing Dima is calling her “his lucky charm”. But some accidents couldn’t help happening and as it came out Lena’s luggage was lost and flew to another country by mistake. But the young people have solved this problem very easily – Dima dressed up his girlfriend … in his own clothes. So on one of the parties the girl shown off in Dima’s ragged blue jeans, shirt and trainers. )))
Today on May 19 two run-throughs of the whole show will take place. Eugeny Pliuschenko will try a unique Czech ice. It is worth mentioning that the fact of selling tickets to these two rehearsals is proving the huge popularity of the show.
And the day will be finished with the Belorussian party where all the members of Russian delegation are invited as special guests.

15.05.2008 The Russian party!!!
Yesterday on May 15 took place Russian party in “Euro club”, Belgrade. There came friends and fans and also special guests such as Kalomira (Greece), Ruslan Alekhno (Belarus), Diana Gurtskaya (Georgia), Any Lorak (Ukraine). An opera star Yulia Nalimova opened the party by performing an opera aria from the movie “The fifth element”. Participants from the other countries sang after that. The atmosphere in the club was rather hot. All the guests and especially Serbian fan club were looking forward to the performance of main participants of the Russian party – Dima, Zhenia and Edvin.
It is worth mentioning that space there was limited but those who got into the party had no regrets for coming. There were lots of posters with Dima hanging all over the “Euro club” and those posters were in requisition. People unstuck them, keeping them as souvenirs. Dima made the audience glam by performing the songs “Believe”, “Never let you go”, “Nevozmozhnoe vozmozhno”, ‘Porque aunt e amo” and in the end of the show he was taking pictures with fans and giving autographs to them. All the guests were surprised by Russian hospitality and warm friendly atmosphere there of the evening.
Today on May 16 a rehearsal took part. It was the second variant of Russian delegation and as it turned out it was brighter and much more emotional. The concert performance is made from a heart – all the artists’ feelings, emotions are there and because of it the point which appeared in the climax – is the moment that will not leave anybody cold and that will cause tears. After all there is something pure and true on the Earth, you just believe in it. And this power can be much larger than just beautiful decorations.
A press conference took place right after the rehearsal. Dima Bilan, Eugeny Pliuschenko and Edvin Marton answered journalists’ questions, told them about their concert performance and in the end after changing into musketeers’ costumes and hats they said: «All for one, one for all» which became another valuable motto for Russia. “Moscow Friends’s Club” came to say “Bye” to him. They brought flowers, presents and a lucky charm – a silver bracelet with “Believe” engraved.
The rehearsals, Russian party and the Eurovision itself are ahead. The semifinal is on May, 20 and the final is on May, 24.

30.04.2008 Dima Bilan’s visit to Belguim.
On 27th of April In the context of his promo-tour Dima Bilan came to Belgium where The Eurovision weekend took place. Seven countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in it. Firstly Dima came to Antwerp where he had a press conference, talked to journalists, gave numerous interviews to the central TV, internet portals, newspapers and magazines of Belgium, Holland and Romania. The reception in honour of the contestants was held after the press conference in Antwerp City Hall. Belgium minister of culture was the presenter of it. He was glad to greet the participants of the contest and the artists were welcomed as the honoured guests.
The meet-and-greet with the fans, friends of the Eurovision took part in the evening. Dima had a chance to talk to everybody, take pictures and give autographs. After that the Easter supper for the representatives of all the delegations came about.
Also Dima Bilan took part in an Easter open air in the center of Brussels. He performed the loved hit Never let you go and the new composition “Believe” with which he’ll appear on the Eurovision-2008 contest in Belgrade.
Russian was welcomed better than anyone else that has proved his status of the favourite for one more time.

Yesterday on April 22nd a press conference on the occasion of the opening of “The house of the friends of the Olympics” in Peking took place. Different cultural and social events will be held there every day from August 8th to 24th. For example the performance of the opera divas and ballet stars is being planned. There also will be an exhibition of a famous photographer’s work. Dima Bilan, Yana Rudkovskaya, Eugeny Pliuschenko, Svetlana Khorkina and Konctantin Tszu were among the guests. Watch photos here.
20.04.2008 Prague became the first to see the Russian stage act.
An exiting premiere took place in the Czech capital. Dima Bilan uncovered all the secrets about his Eurovision stage act. It was shown for the first time to the press and a huge audience of 10 000 people in the Aréna HC SPARTA PRAHA. Also the Czech television broadcasted Dima’s live show.
«Ice will be on Eurovision for the first time, as well as Stradivarius’s violin. I will be for the second time. And I hope this time we will smile» – Dima said.
There will be six on the stage: Dima, Evgeny Pluschenko, the Olympic champion in figure skating , well-known Hungarian violinist Edvin Marton, two back-vocalists and a dancer. The three-minute show follows the main theme of Dima’s song, which is belief in oneself. Dima with Evgeny and Edvin will tell all Europe how to be strong and reach success and happiness. Evgeny Plushenko cleared: «This song is also about me, Dima and Edvin. Of course, we had much success and a lot of victories, but also we had much loss. That is why you should never lose heart! When I represent Russia, I want to stay on the pedestal only on the first place and listen to the anthem of my country».
The Prague arena, which was totally full, welcomed the Russian «Believe» very warmly. The atmosphere was really magic. It is no doubt that the Czech audience liked the song and the show.

In the air of the biggest youth channel «NUMBER 1» he performed the song «Believe» and the videos «Number One Fan» and «Never Let You Go» are being in rotation.
In the air of the central TVchannel «TV8» with a Turkish megastar Nukhet Duru (she is Turkish «Alla Pugachiova»). He performed «Believe» twice and «Never Let You Go». Dima sang for Nukhet Duru a capella and she liked it so much that didn’t let him go.
In the air of the radio «Radion Number 1» with the song «Believe» rotated there.

Laureats of the international award «The person of the year 2007» got their prizes on February,20th in Petrovskiy Hall of the Big Kremlin palace. Outstanding state and public figures, representatives of Russian business elite, Russian and foreign journalists were invited to the ceremony.
Laureats were chosen by an advisory committee. The leading specialists in those fields which are crossing with the main nominations of the award, outstanding public figures, representatives of state government, heads of the leading Russian companies, representatives of the most powerful media were there among the members of the committee. 16.01.2008 The names of the brightest Russian people of 2007 are announced.
On January 15, All-Russian center of studying of the social opinion presented their data about who Russian people consider «The favourite Russian citizen of 2007». It was mentioned in the center that the initiative inquiry took place on December, 22-23 2007. There were 1600 people questioned in 153 built-up areas in 46 provinces, regions and republics of Russian Federation. The statistical error is not over 3.4%.
The first place with 14% of the voices is occupying Dima Bilan as the «singer of the year».

This weekend huge crowds of people are gathering on Trafalgar Sq while celebrating «The Russian winter» festival – the annual event which is taking place in the very center of the city. Owing to the festival both natives and Russians who came to England have a possibility to enjoy peculiarities of Russian national music, dances, food in full measure. The open event which is going to take place on January 13th will gather hundreds Russian artists dressed up in bright national costumes. They will perform both in pop and folk genres. The show of The Russian National dance and Dima Bilan’s performance will be the culmination of the evening.

05.01.2008 Happy Birthday, Yana!!!
Hardly the fashionable capital club «The Most» got rest after Dima Bilan’s celebrations as on January, 2nd there gathered another joyful company in honour of our favourite producer Yana Rudkovskaya. Despite the New Year’s days there were a lot of eminent guests and Yana’s close friends. Dima Bilan with Lena Kuletskaya, Timati, Katie Topuria, Katia Lel, Oksana Lavrentieva, Polina Griffis, Lina Arifulina and participants of the show «STS lights a Superstar», Kostia Kriukov, Svetlana Khorkina were among them. That evening the atmosphere in the club was very festive, all the guests were looking at Yana’s pictures which were hang up all over the club and caused a great deal of excitement. Dima Bilan, Iulia Nalimova, Kristina Dirks and Niusha, Polina Griffis, and Mike Mironenko came up to the stage to perform songs specially for Yana. There was no place to put presents which the birthday girl decided not to open there. Not to mention flowers given to her that evening.
Everybody had a lot of fun, the happy and pleased guests parted early in the morning!

On the threshold of the New Year Russians told about what has stuck to their memory. According to the sociologists the politic of the year is Vladimir Putin and the event of the year are the elections to the Duma. There were elected best sportsmen, artists, movie, TV serial, writer and other famous persons and the events of the outgoing year. Dima Bilan has been honoured with a title "The musician of the year". Congrats!
26.12.2007 Dima Bilan has celebrated his 26th birthday!
The birthday of the artist fell on Monday but it didn't prevent from celebrating it exactly in that day. Dima's friends and colleagues gathered in a fashionable metropolitan club "The Most". There were Nadezhda Babkina, Philipp Kirkorov, Valeria and Iosif Prigozhin, Katia Lel, Sasha Savelieva, Oksana Lavrentieva, Gosti iz Buduschego, Aleksey Mitrofanov, Lena Kniazeva, Irakly, "Chelsey", "A-Studio", Aleksa, Sabrina and many others. The present were so different: real and fake Christmas trees, radio-controlled toy helicopter, crystal glasses, sleigh and lots of boxes with presents with Dima decided not to open in public.
The atmosphere was festive and friendly, there was a group performing indigenously Russian music in a soul style. The name of the group is Zventa Sventana.
The evening was very successful.

Artists who have been voted for during the year performed in the Kremlin Palace on the 12th annual ceremony of presentation of the musical award "The Golden Gramophone".
Bima Bilan not only sang the favourite hit "Nevozmozhnoe vozmozhno" but also got a statuette of the gramophone. It is worth mentioning that that was the fourth award from the Russian Radio.

Dima Bilan took part in the filming of a New Year’s musical “The kingdom of the distorting mirrors”
The shooting of the New Year’s fairy tale is running very actively in the pavilions of the Lenekspo trade mart in St. Petersburg. The audience will watch the musical on December 31 on Rossia TV channel.
The musical story is based on the movie of the same name made by a soviet story-teller Alexander Row. Though the authors of the New Year’s show step aside from the plot of the famous book. According to the plot there is a contest “Krivividenie 2008” takes place. As the author said the New Year’s “Kingdom of the distorted mirrors” is in a way of a parody to the native show business.
Dima Bilan is having one of the leading roles – the role of Gurd. Also there are such stars of the Russian stage as Alla Pugachieva, Philipp KIrkorov, Lolita, Kristina Orbakaite, Soso Pavliashvily, Natasha Korolieva and others will take part in it.

The winter, the festive mood and New year are coming. Dima Bilan is not losing his time in vain. On that occasion he decided to make his fans a pleasant gift - the video of the song “Gore – zima” (music and lyrics by Denis Kovalsky). The shooting took place on the 22nd – 23rd of November in Moscow.
Dima, as the creative one, thought of the shooting with a great enthusiasm. He wrote the script of the video himself and realized it. An intricate story about relationship between a man and a woman. The final of the story is quite unexpected for one of the personages.

14.11.2007 Dima Bilan’s solo show in Saint Petersburg.
Yesterday, November 13, Dima Bilan’s solo show took place in the Ice Palace in St Petersburg. Despite the cold autumn weather the mood of the audience and the atmosphere of the hall were very bright and positive. Among the favourite compositions Dima had performed the new ones such as Gore – zima, Amnesia and super hit “Number one fan” - a folk version of it. That had caused a great animation among the audience and Dima performed if one more time.
One of the biggest surprises of the concert was a live VIOLIN performed by Anastasia Matveeva. The magical sound of the instrument gave another colouring to the loved songs. The emotional rise of the audience was very high, the new sounding had touched everybody to bottom of their souls.
According to the tradition Dima had a meeting with his fans who pleased him by giving him a wonderful present – a Grammy made of chocolate with the artist’s initials engraving. The gift had caused a real ecstasy and finally found it place on the artist’s wall of fame.

Dima Bilan had been honoured with the title “The best artist “ version of the MTV Russia and for the third time in a row he was going to the ceremony Europe Music to get the merited award. This time Dima went to Munich.
Germany had met him warmly. The artist had got an unbelievable positive charge from the whole action – the red carpet, the ceremony itself, talking to the colleagues: Nelly Furtado, Tokio Hotel, Sarah Connor and others. It is worth admitting that Dima had paid special attention to Nelly Furtado by giving her a gold cross as a symbol of friendship. She put the cross on instantly.

On October the 28th the designer Ilia Shiyan again had represented men’s and women’s clothing lines created in a traditional, recognizable style of the Sh’I brand. This year the catwalk was fantastically beautiful, star models were skating and sledding. The atmosphere was festive and inflammatory.
Dima Bilan was taking part in the showing of the talented designer for the second time in a row. This time he demonstrated white leather jacket with unfastening sleeves, though he didn’t risk to put the skates on. He preferred his usual trainers.

11.10.2007 Dima Bilan took part in the charity.
Mc Donald’s company is having its traditional charity devoted to the World Children’s Day. This year it has been offered to Dima Bilan to support it and to become the main person and Dima agreed with a great pleasure.
He took part in the shooting of the 30 seconds trailer which is gonna be transmitted from November 1st up to November 20 on every Russian channel in prime time. Therefore the shooting had been organized in the oncological center with the sick kids and in Mc Donald’s restaurant in order to show people how they can help kid personally by buying company bracelets. All the gained money will be forwarded into the charity fund “The House of Ronald Mc Donald” for the creating of family rooms in hospitals for kids, having a lengthy treatment, not to be separated from their parents.

Yesterday, October 4th, annual musical ceremony Russian Music Awards 2007 took place. The main theme was Russian folk fairytale: the decorations, the look of the presenters, the guests, the artists, and the atmosphere - all that was in line.
The main character of this spectacular action was Dima Bilan who got three matreshka dolls, having won in three nominations: “The best composition” (“Nevozmozhnoe vozmozhno”), “The best performer” and “The artist of the year” is going to European Music Awards as the best Russian artist for the third time.
Also just the same importance had the performance of Dima Bilan featuring Sebastian (Timbaland’s brother) who has come to Moscow specially for the ceremony RMA MTV. They performed a well known favorite hit “Number one fan” in a new adaptation. But it hadn’t been the end of the surprises – yesterday there was a premiere of the newest song “Amnesia” which by all means is going to be a new hit.

Not recently Dima Bilan had a perfect chance to perform in duet with an American superstar Anastasia.

Till Autumn Dima Bilan prepares the issuing of the new DVD, the record of his solo concert "Time is river ", which took place in March, 2007 at Luzhniky, will be included there. The best songs from all Dima's albums were included into the concert program, plus the main hits of the year, 2006 - the songs "Never Let You Go", "The Impossible is Possible", and also very new compositions, which sounded at the stage for the first time.

10.07.2007 The premiere of the newest Dima's video «Number one fan»
Watch the newest Dima’s video on July 12th on MTV. The shooting took place in London in the middle of June. The director of it is the leading British master – Trudy Belinger, who is famous by her works for Sugarbabes, Kate Moss ,Girls Aloud, Sophie Ellis Bexton and other top English artists. It was the very first experience of working with Russian artists for her and the results were satisfying both for her and for the super professional crew who were cast specially for Trudy. The choreographer was Paul Roberts who worked with Enrique Iglesias, Sugababes, Blue, Paula Abdul. The leading make-up artist and stylists of such brends as Prada, Louis Vuitton č Gucci were in charge for the artists’ appearance.
Oksana Lavrentieva, who is known to the audience by the video «Nevozmozhnoe vozmozhno», got the main role. There were passionate dances in the shower, crowds of the paparazzi following the main characters in the video. Also there were street dances in which Dima’s crew, 8 British dancers and 150 company-keepers from London took part. !!!July 12, only on MTV!!!

The concert of the gazette «Moskovskii Komsomolec» will take place near the Small arena in Luzhniki on June 24, 2007 at 4 p.m. There will be 60 incredible areas, the concerts, the contests and much more.

19.06.2007 New “bomb” from Dima Bilan is coming soon.
Yesterday Dima flew to London for the shooting of his new video for thó song “Number one
fan”, which he recorded with the producer Timbaland.
The video is going to be shot in the best traditions of western video making, because
the director of it is Trudy Bellinger, who is famous for her work with such artists as
Sugababes, Girls Around, Sophie Ellis Bextor.
Oksana Lavrentieva is going to star there. She already took part in Dima’s video with one
of the biggest ratings (“Nevozmozhnoe vozmozhno”). Such a tandem is promising to become
an”explosion”.
Yesterday Dima Bilan took part in the shooting of a documentary film “The angels of hope”
which is produced by the First channel. Children with hearing impairment created a unique
troupe “Dances of the gestures”, where each movement is not only a translation of the song
to the sign language but the transfer of the emotions and moods of the musical
composition. Kids especially like Dima Bilan’s works so they have created a lot of pieces
to his songs. Dima had a unique opportunity not only to see it himself but to take part in
the dance with them.

On the 5th annual ceremony of the national TV premium in pop music Muz-TV 2007, on June, 1 Dima Bilan was announced as “The best performer”.
Also he got awards for the best song and for the best album:

31.05.2007 The premiere of Dima Bilan’s new song «Number one Fan»
Dima Bilan will exclusively perform his new composition “Number one fan” on the annual ceremony “Muz-TV on June,1. He recorded it with Timbalend in the USA. The authors of the song are Jim Beanz (the creator of the hits of Nelly Furtado, vocal producer of Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Madonna) and Dima Bilan himself. Specially for the premiere was created an enchanting dance, with Amy Hollingsworth as a choreographer. The show is promising to be very interesting and bright. There will be new special effects, the number of the dancers has been enlarged from 4 to 12 people. Also Dima Bilan and Yana Rudkovsrkaya will surprise everybody on the red carpet before the ceremony. And the song “Number one fan” will be in exclusive rotation on the “Dinamit FM” and “Hit FM” radiostations for 10 days since June,6 and then it will appear on the other stations!

11.05.2007 Andrej Konchalovskij removes clip Dima Bilan!
A famous singer, Dima Bilan, has been invited to take part in recording a soundtrack to Andrey Konchalovskiy’s new movie “The Glamour” (“Glianets”) which is to be released on the 24th of august, 2007. The metre of Russian cinematography asked the young man to perform two songs: “Dorogie moi moskvichi” (“My dear Moscovians”) and “O sole mio”. Dima Bilan took thó suggestion of the famous director with great pleasure. After the mutual work with the songs Mr. Konchalovskiy had said about Bilan the following: “He is unbelievably talented and hardworking. His workability and his skills to concentrate on the task cause big respect. And of course, his voice!..” All his fans know about his voice not by hearsay but the fact that having come to the studio to record the songs he’s been working all night long until he finished the track can be a big surprise for lots of people.
The red line of the video for the song “My dear Moscovians” will be the singer driving a beautiful retro Cadilac on famous Moscow streets and for the video “O sole mio” the shooting will take place from one of the roofs of Moscow scrapers. And of course in those videos are going to be shots from the movie “The Gloss”
