Dima Bilan is back to Kiev

The silver medalist of the Eurovision Song Contest comes back to Kiev with his new show. The bright star in the sky of CIS countries, emotionally original young singer, girls favourite, who is in the TOP 10 of the best singers in Russia – Dima Bilan.
The concert takes place on 5th of July, at 19:00 in the Sports Palace. Besides Dima such singers as Tina Karol, Ani Lorak and Yury Fedotov will take part in the concert.

Solo concert in Khabarovsk

On 3rd of July a solo concert of Dima Bilan took place in Khabarovsk. Everyone enjoyed the concert very much. Common people (not less than 4000) as well as VIP-guests (The Senator of Khabarovsk Region and the Mayor of Khabarovsk with their families) came to the concert. The interesting fact is that not only young people attended the concert but also old people were there. One old man was asked why he came to Dima's concert and he answered: "Dima sings for people of any age and I like how he makes it".

Dima Bilan in Vladivostok

On 2nd of July (Sunday) Vladivostok had its 146th birthday. Celebration concerts with Mikhail Boyarsky and Dima Bilan gathered together 40 000 citizens. The fact is that young people were flattered by Mikhail Boyarsky's performance and old people liked Dima Bilan a lot, so the birthday of the city united the generations. Dima also had a meeting with his fans from DVGY. Young people without tickets were on duty next to the entrance to the University to be closer to their idol. And finally at 20:00 directly from the airport Dima came to the meeting. He gave autographs, sang and talked to his fans.

A New Single of Dima Bilan

The success of the Russian singer Dima Bilan with his song "Never Let You Go" in prestigious Eurovision Song Contest led to the decision to release a commercial CD-single which is quite rare event for the Russian music market. In fact it was a very brave experiment that exceeded all expectations! For several weeks 10000 copies of the new CD-single were sold! Now all singer's fans can not only listen to their favorite song on the leading radio stations, but also add to their home collection the new maxi-single including new remixes and a new song "Lady Flame". Apart the music on the CD-single you may find a new video shot by Vlad Opeliants and created by Victor Baturin. The creative tandem managed to unite the impossible – classic ballet and pop music, taking the lyrics of the song "Never Let You Go" as the subject. As you remember in Athens during his performance Dima used the same move, having struck everyone by unexpected decision – when the ballet dancer came out of the white piano which was decorated by the petals of red roses.
It is also necessary to pay attention to the fact that the CD-single "Never Let You Go" has been released in other European countries. Dima's performance in Eurovision stroke European audience so much that he got to the national charts of many European countries, for instance in Greece and in Sweden.

"Miss Russian Radio"

The Contest's Final took place in Moscow in the Radius Concert Hall. Besides the pass of young beautiful girls in evening dresses and bathing suits, all present guests could see TV promos about each contestant. The bright show was adorned with some stars, such as Dima Bilan, Boris Moiseev, Dmitry Malikov, "Nepara", Igor Sarukhanov, "Ivanushki Int." and many others. The jury board consisted of popular show biz representatives, such as Vladimir Vinkour, Sergei Kozhevnikov, Zhanna Friske, Arkadiy Ukupnik, Tatiana Andreeva etc.
Meanwhile the winner of the "Miss Russian Radio" Contest became Marianna Kumykova from Nalchik, the hometown of Dima Bilan. The girl's size 89-57-90 and the height 180 cm stroke all the jury members. The girl won a trip to Paris and a car.

Dima Bilan "The Hope of Russia"

Yesterday the results of the national special Award "The Russian Of The Year" were announced. This year 30 people became the finalists of this award, among them there are Igor Moiseev, Andrei Zviagentsev, Ludmila Gurchenko, Sergei Ivanov.
Dima Bilan, who got the 2nd place at Eurovision Song Contest 2006 won the "Hope of Russia " award. Dima came to the ceremony directly from the airport. He wore traditional Caucasian clothes and attracted the attention of all the viewers. Dima thanked all the people who supported him in Eurovision Song Contest and especially his home republics Karachaevo-Cherkessiya and Kabardino-Balkariya. A special thanks was addressed to Dagestan, where more than 5 000 people came to his concert, that is a big number of people for small Makhachkala.

Details from Euro Video Grand Prix 2006

On 3rd of June the Euro Video Grand Prix 2006 took place. It’s one of the main annual cultural European events. Our country was represented by Dima Bilan with his video “Never Let You Go”. In our opinion videos "Kak hotel ya" and "Vremia-reka" were more suitable for this contest, but the organisers of Euro Video Grand Prix insisted on the "Never Let You Go" video, because this song is more popular in other European countries.  For the first time international jury board included Russian representative - Ms. Yana Rudkovskaya.  And as we participate for the first time we may consider that our 5th place there is a very good result. Russia gave high points to its neighbors – Ukraine, Belarus and many other countries, while Georgia and Ukraine did not give any point to Russia. These countries were the only countries that did not give any point to Russia. For instance, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Croatia gave us the highest points. It is OK, but the conclusion could be the following: we shouldn’t rely on other countries, only on ourselves and on the quality of our songs and singers. It is a double work and our state should take care of it as well. The Russian Government should take care of it and this work shouldn’t be made by some businessmen. So coming back to Euro Grand Prix 2006 we are happy anyway, because the 5th place is a perfect result!

Europe Video Musical Festival – Euro Video Grand Prix

Euro Video Grand Prix is supposed to be one of the annual cultural undertakings in Europe taken place in a new Europe country every time. This year the cultural event will take place on June 3 in Tirana the capital of Albania. Uniqueness of this festival is that it dedicates only to Europe video clips and joins all Europe countries and deepens cultural ties of all nations in Big Europe. Dima’s Bilan Riga concert

The concert took place in «Fabrica mechti» (Fabric for dream). The concert had big success, the show was fine. Dima felt well. According to him he was very satisfied by the result in Eurovision. As he told in the lobby, various people constantly approached him in Athens (even one of the organizers of the contest) and congratulated him on the victory. Last night Dima Bilan failed to win in the musical contest of “Eurovision” only for several points. . He took 248 points and won place 2 giving place to Finish group “Lordi”. Bilan said: At the beginning I had a feeling of expectance and impatience but now it remained behind. Now I am thinking of my mother and dear ones. If they feel well I will be also in a good position. Now they are rooting for me. Generally everything is okay. One adores everyone for such instances. The singer marked that he has not been switched on the telephone for four days. If there is a necessity, my director gives me the receiver not to divert me of the main , -the Russian singer added. The Russian singer Dima Bilan with a song in the English language «Never Let You Go» goes to finale of the musical contest in Eurovision taken place in Athens. 10 or 23 participants of the semifinal received the right to participate in the finale according to the voting of televiewers from 37 countries. Urih Aksuta: The minimum task is to qualify for the finale.

Dima s Bilan task in the contest of Eurovision 2006 is of course to qualify for the finale. Urih Aksuta the head of the Russian delegation in the contest, director of the musical broadcasting in the First channel declared about it today.

We publish official list of telephones for the countries as participants in Eurovision 2006 according to which voting for the proper country will be exercised. As to us we want to emphasize that the code of Russia, exactly its serial number is 13 and it is necessary to add it there. It is nice that Russians have invented a new “ chesspiece ” and show that unlike Scandinavians and Irish at the piano it is possible to sit, to stand on the piano, as well to get out. I have not any remark concerning vocal. The song is prepared well and sounds perfectly from the hall. I like that Dima finishes his performance catching petals from the girl at the grand piano and pressing them to the heart. This little gesture, “a trifle” just hits the mark . Dima Bilan visited the well- known show in Greece – it is analogue of our “Fabrica zvezd”. That day songs of various years and various countries have been sung by singers of Eurovision of last years. Dima Bilan was the penultimate singer and of course he sang “Never Let You Go”. Meanwhile this song has been sung in the Russian “Fabrica zvezd”. Cyprus met in the rain and by applause

Limassol

Cyprus-Russian festival took place on the embankment of Limassol under devise Cyprus-Russia: traditions of mutual confidence . Uniqueness of the festival was the fact that about 20 thousand people were its visitors. Participants of the festival were both Cyprian and Russian companies, schools, creative collectives , professional actors, social organizations, representatives of business structure and Dima Bilan was guest of honour. Everyone prepared for the festival beforehand and carefully. It seemed that the weather in sunny Cyprus wouldn t be capricious that day but it rained during the day several times. Concert took place in the pouring rain and when they had to interrupt the concert for 40 minutes no one left the place, everybody was waiting for Dima s appearance. Dima was not confused by nature whim, he felt warm by deafening applause of the people for the sake of whom he was singing.

Nicosia

Dima Bilan sang in the special concert in Cyprus devoted to the Cyprian competitor in Euro vision . Besides her seven competitors of Euro vision 2006 all over the world participated in the show. Dima was a penultimate singer after Cyprian participant and he won the loudest applause of public. Concert took place in the pouring rain and in addition to it twice electric power was turned out, they had to break off the concert for half an hour. When Dima appeared on the stage light again was disconnected and admirers of Dima s creativity broke the cordon and passed over an electronic cable. Practically representatives of Dima s Bilan team repaired the cable independently. Inconvenience did not hinder the representative of Russia to represent his composition "Never Let You Go" in several minutes.

Press-conference and a concert in Minsk (Belarus)

On 23 April Dima s Bilan concert took place in the Minsk Palace for Sports with great success. During two- hour appearance on the stage the singer presented his absolute hits to Belarus fans and as well fresh songs for the new album unsung on broadcast. Of course the song Never let you go also sounded there. We remind you that in May Dima will present this song in Athens and the whole Europe will listen to the singer. His press-conference was held at before some hours prior to the concert. Hardly appeared before journalists Dima crossed a t and dot an i at once. He declared that the reason for his visit was not promo- tour at all as an aiming to show himself to advantage but acquaintance with residents of Europe and desire to demonstrate his creativity before them. The actor answered all the questions concerning forthcoming participation in the competition willingly and confidently. Dima is scared of neither world glory of competitors (Las Ketchup, Spain), nor number 13 under which he will appear on the stage of Euro vision , nor probable law results.
We are not going to change future plans respecting the release for the new album, new concerts, shootings regardless of results. The main thing is to represent Russia deservedly! I shall try my best! We needn't special pranks and escapades. Beforehand it is necessary to be natural, be true to himself, keep the image, the style, the manner because when such a person they have chosen you. - Dima said.

In the framework of great Euro tour Dima Bilan visited Greece and Malta. Dima got a warm welcome everywhere. He gave an interview to the first national channel Stars and other mass media in Greece. A lot of fans of Dima s creative activity could observe his interview through Internet. The tour was a success. With respect to the estimation concerning the position of the actor in Euro charts Dima s position has improved namely from place 11 he jumped up place 5-6. On 7 April Gala concert devoted to the "Day of Health" being organized by the editorial board "Moskovskih Komsomolec"(Moscow Komsomol) took place  in the "Kolonnih zal" of "Dom Souza" (House of Union). There were a plenty of students from various countries all over the world at the concert. When next participant of the program was declared the hall had been simply blown up by storm of applause. The guard hardly controlled human impulse, in fact conductors had time to pronounce only the following sentence УDo you know who will represent Russia at "Euro vision" this year?. After this greeting the name of the singer spread all over the hall! Dima submitted his new song to the audience which he intended to sing at "Eurovision 2006".
He sang also his best hits!. Besides loud applause Dima was given a sport bicycle and he left the stage on it safely. "Day of health" was productive!.)))

Yesterday it was the first presentation of an annual premium Fashion TV People Awards in Russia organized by the Russian representation of the channel Fashion TV . At present the premium is devoted to five year of the channel in Russia , in future premiums will be given with regard to the birthday of the channel. Dima Bilan received one of the most prestigious and principal premium in the nomination Fashion singer . On 4 April Dima s Bilan sole concert "Vremya reka"(Time is river) took place in the Palace Ukraine . His Kiev concert has been the continuance of great Euro tour before appearance at Eurovision 2006 . The concert passed splendidly as it was in Saint Petersburg. The hall considered for 2500 people could not provide seats for all listeners. The concert program consisted of more than 20 compositions. Both the old hits "Pozdravlyau" (Congratulations), "Nochnoy chuligan"(Night hooligan) and so on) and the new ones which will enter his new album "Eto bila lubov"(It was love), "Stan dlya menya" (Be for me) sounded there and of course the song "Never let you go" which Dima is going to sing at Eurovision 2006 in Athens. During the whole concert Dima was given a lot of flowers by his fans and at the end of the program there were so many flowers that it was possible to put together a huge flower heap.

BKZ."Oktyabrskih was flashed of four thousands mobiles!
On March 29 Dima s Bilan first large-scale sole concert took place in Saint Petersburg. According to the organizers, such an agiotage has not been to BKZ Oktyabrskih for a long time. Because of complete notice the concert had to delay for some time in order the spectators could take their places quietly. Dima s surprise was great when appeared on the stage he saw the number of fans shouting Bilan! unanimously.
The concert programme consisted of super hits, the presentation of the material supposed to be included in the new album release of which is fixed at the end of the spring .According to fans, the concert lasted two hours was non-stop two hours with one breathing . Dima was surprised pleasantly at the fact how his fans apprehended new treks which had been recorded in a new style beforehand declared as fashion roc . Besides songs of the new album Dima sang the trek Never let you go with great pleasure. He intends to leave for Athens to present Russia at Eurovision 2006 by this very song.
During the whole program applause was not ceased at the hall, spectators were standing as a single whole especially when he was singing the old hit Sms. During its sounding Dima asked his fans for switching their mobiles on and at the very first refrain the whole hall was flashed by four thousands mobiles! Show really turned down to be enchantling and bright! On April 4 Dima will appear with his sole programme with such a charge in Kiev!

On March 24 shootings of the serial Club took place for MTV channel(Russia) in the club Infiniti . Appearance of stars have been shot in the Club . Children, girls from the Club Dima`s freinds kept company in the main - massoviki ( actors of mass stages as they were called by the producer). First Vlad Topalov came to the shooting. While sound and light were tuned up Vlad answered all questions from the hall patiently but gave autographs unwillingly. He sang his composition Kak je tak mojet bit ( How can it happen ) for the serial. Three doubles of the song were shot and Vlad hurried to the airport for a tour. Then Irakli sang . He sang his new song Tonem which has been written several days ago. Irakli was in a hurry for a concert as well but he was delayed to give autographs to all wished ones. After there were shot some scenes without songs but with dances. Actors taking part in the serial Club ran out to the scene and then jumped back that is why those who were in the hall then had good chances to see their faces in the serial. Immediately after it actress Nastya Zadorojnaya appeared( you watch her in clips of the groups Smash and Smislovie galluchinachii , in the serial Prostie istini (Ordinary truth), in the film Mama ne goruh -2 (Mother do not grieve-2). She performed the main role of Vasilisa (Vasya in brief) in the serial Club . According to the scenario Vasya became a singer at the end of the serial and for the first time she appeared on the stage of the Club . On Friday Vasya s final song just has been shot . Nastya singing all songs in the serial instead for Vasilisa herself befor shooting was disappointed a little but friends from Dima s Bilan Club of friends encouraged her warmly. Nastya gives her frank thanks to you for it. Then Lena Knyazeva other young actress and a singer appeared on the stage. In order that her debut succeeded Dima Bilan appeared on the stage himself to encourage and present her to the audience. Lena sang her own composition Krichat bez krika (To cry without shout). When time came at 9oclock in the evening, Dima Bilan was sitting at the grand piano and singing a new song Stan dlya menya (Be for me) which was written for the serial especially. As Petro Sheksheev the producer of the Club told , a clip would be prepared with shots from the serial for this song Shootings made on Friday in Infinity will be the base for this song. During singing this song Dima approached to the audience very closely that is why those who were standing at first rows perhaps will see themselves with Dima in MTV transmission shortly. Next turn was the song Never let you go written for Eurovision 2006 . When Dima s musicians appeared on the stage and instead of the white great piano big fiery combustion lamps were set in Massovka was asked for to move off a meter from the stage in order not to hurt anyone by accident. However some of Dima s bravest fans ignored that notice and the only sufferer from those columns of flame became video camera which was flying upon the stage just at the moment when pyrotechnics gave next volley. Fellows from Dima s Club of friends were on the taking stage about 12 hours and met all participants warmly for which Petro Sheksheyev the producer of the serial gave his best regards to them .Dima Bilan and the administration of the site also are grateful to all fans of Dima s creativity. Premiere of TV serial Club will be on May 15 on MTV channel(Russia), taking group of the serial promises to give us photos made during taking process shortly.

Recently pop diva of Greece stage Anna Vissi was on a visit to Dima s Bilan office. During reception Dima and Anna showed video versions of the songs which would be presented in Eurovision 2006 . After watching Dima s clip Ann said that he was the real applicant for victory. Then she got acquainted with materials for the new album. She saw all his awards as well and realized that Russia had a worthy contender. But the main thing was that she considered him not only as the actor but really the kind, sensual and sympathetic person. After Dima and Ann asked to finish video shooting and continued dialogue without ties . On completing the meeting Anna invited Dima to Greece for reciprocal visit.

Requirements concerning additional stages of the competition Zvezdnaya desyatka (Star 10)
Administration of the site www.bilandima.com and Dima s Bilan team management prolong the competition Star 10 to 10 people. Requirements of the competition remain as the previous one. All the winners will fly to Moscow for the presentation of Dima s Bilan new album, personal car will be available for them. They will stay in the hotel in the center of Moscow. The special entertainment program will be provided for them to see the most beautiful places of our capital. They will have dinner with Dima Bilan in his favorite and nice restaurant .
